  1. I have seen some high quality stainless steel fabrications done and the work is top notch for sure. This work is something that you know you can rely on just by looking at it. This is one of those skills that I wish I could have myself and be able to do it as a profession.

    1. polishing systems
      Sir
thanks for your comment on stainless steel polishing and based on your web site I did notice the hand rails weld mint. we would use a abrasive square pads to get you a nice finish on that. If you use a carbide burrs or a grinding wheel you would leave a stop start mark on them.
and if you want to polish we would use a wick wheels and small abrasive belts to do a better job.

  2. Steel is used in so many industries today. I wonder how much is manufactured each day. It seems like there would need to be a lot produced in order to keep up with today's market.

    1. Yes steel is used in so much of the market but they are losing there market shares like autos dairy and fabrication. look at the auto industries today they are going to more plastics the polishing shops are going to chrome plating instead of hand buffing it with compounds and other material the reason for that is they can go with thicker chrome so they can hid defects. but if you are in the food processing and human use then they have to use stainless steel. that is where we come in over 46 years in polishing to increase the end users bottom line. if interested in know more just let me know

  3. Steel fabrication can be a good business. One of my friends was telling me about the benefits of it. Originally, he worked in another industry, but decided to change to steel manufacturing for all the advantages it provides.

    1. Yes you are right steel dose have advantages to them but look at the Auto and transportation industries.. they are using more plastics and other material. the housing industries is going away from steel beams to treated wood for support. they claim the wood is stronger but I have my doughts on that
