Ergonomic Universal Band Saw
The Ergonomic 320.250DG is a universal gravitational band saw with a robust cast-iron arm and a 1" saw band, designed also for double-sided angular cutting. It has an arm joint laid in preloaded conical bearings, and a synchronously running brush for chips disposal guarantee outstanding cutting power of the machine and a long lifetime of the saw band.

Easy control
All control elements are located on the control panel which is situated on the front side of the machine.

Machine is equipped with adjustable length stop with a hinged system preventing material restraint.

Two-way -45° to 60° swivelling arm at a stable position of the clamped material, and a to quick-action robust vice.

Precise band guidance
The accurate guide with hard metallic plates and the own shift of saw-blade provide precise sawing results.

Standard Features:
- Downfeed pressure is ensured by the arm’s self-weight.
- Lowering speed is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder with an overflow valve. After the material is cut, the saw arm is lifted manually
- Cooling equipment is placed in the machine pedestal.
- A metal chip brush, synchronous driven with the bandsaw blade
- Saw band is driven by a double-speed industrial motor and a gearbox with oil-bath lubricated helical gearing
- Saw band speed in the basic version of the machine is 131 and 262 ft./min. The machine may be fitted with a frequency convertor for a continuous regulation of the saw band speed within the 65–394 ft./min. range
